Boost Search Engine Traffic Easily Using Your Logs

Funny how sometimes the best way to find good stuff online is to be searching for something completely different. Doing some searching on the current state of scraping and SEO tools today, I found this old WMW chestnut:

For broad terms, it is interesting to check the start= parameter in the referer. You can track a lot of upcoming and under-utilized kwds that way. If you are getting a lot of searches with start=30 or more, you may want to focus some content on it.

So simple, low-tech and obvious. Probaby why most people overlook it.
