Google Local Sort Of Goes Worldwide(ish)

Well, not really worldwide, more like Europe-wide. And it doesn't look like it's Google Local for France. Rather, it's Google Local for the US in French.

In other words, it's just the same old Google Local search engine, just in a greater variety of languages. But at least it's a step.
