Google SERPs showing Google Groups Results

As reported over at SearchEngineWatch, Google is now showing results from Google Groups at the bottom of some of their search engines results pages.

For example, here's one for the search session (scroll to bottom of page).

Seems to mostly show up for tech-related topics (linux, php, apache) as of yet. Wonder if this will ever have any potential as a way to get traffic to your site?
