Welcome to my blog. Here's a list of my best posts, as well as a complete archive of everything I've ever blogged about. « The Long Tail of SEO | Main | MyYahoo Goes Mobile » March 12, 2005Tear Down the Wall
I bought the guitar tab for Pink Floyd's "The Wall" recently, and have been having a great time learning a bunch of the songs off it. As serendipity would have it, Seth Godin just put out an interesting little post on "the wall", the point in a company's registration process or shopping cart where customers decide that the whole thing is too much work and give up. Something important to think about. Has your business put up any walls that keep customers out? I'm always checking my shopping cart for these sticking points, but I've got a nagging feeling there's still one or two in there somewhere. |
